Our glass containers are 100% recyclable, and closures use 50% PCR plastic (varies by availability). Boxes, inserts, and shipping materials are compostable, made with FSC-certified/recycled paper and soy-based ink. Every product also has a plastic-free option and zero-waste refills.
How to recycle
For a zero-waste choice, get a refill—each comes in a glass bottle with an aluminum lid. Swap your old closure onto the new bottle, then recycle the empty glass and lid! If not refilling, wash, remove the label, and recycle the glass. Take apart closures and check local recycling guidelines—small pieces (like closure elements and label backing) can be recycled through PACT Collective or be discarded. All boxes and shipping materials can be composted, reused, or recycled.

I first tried this in December 2024 as part of a kit at Ulta beauty with mini sizes to test out. This was my favorite item in the kit! It smells so great! A citrusy scent with a hint of papaya. I have combination sensitive skin and the only cleanser that actually performs for me is from urban hydration and this one. It feels very mousturizing and makes your face soft after the first use! Great product, would love to see full size in stores as well!

I had originally come across this brand in Whole Foods Market—their mini set the smooth sailing kit—and I was immediately drawn to the color of this product. I experience neurodivergence, so it just satisfies so many senses forme…the branding, the names of the products, the texture, the smells…and it was a mini set, so I stretched it as long as I could using the mini dropper and my pinky finger to get the last of that green tinted, beautiful exlixr of life for my skin—because it just deeply nourished my skin, especially with a cannabis ingredient! It’s very hard to find products with that ingredient in there that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg— especially around the holiday times 🤗
